Do 1 minute of handstand daily experiment and challenge

I love handstands a lots. And i think its a very good exercise for whole body.
So it's time to put my theory to test. Handstand unlike other exercises also has a yoga connection so it is supposed to do some mental and spiritual magic as well.

Please remember its not easy for a new person to do a handstand for 1 minute continuously and do it against a wall too.

So let's begin from day one:

Day 1:
  1. It was very difficult for me to handstand for 1 minute in one go. But some how I managed.
  2. Right after handstand i feel very relaxed my arm and shoulder muscles seems to have hardened.
  3. My head feels very light which is a very good feeling
  4. Breathing is easier
  5. Instant urge to go to washroom
  6. Feeling hungry.
  7. Overall very good feeling in all parts of my body.
  8. So a good day 1 for handstand.
Due to the good results I had for first 1 minute I got a bit greedy and did another 1 minute. But, i think its not worth it the first day. May be I should stick to 1 minute / day. And increase it gradually later on.



Day 2:
  1. It was very difficult for me to handstand for 1 minute in one go. But some how I managed.
  2. Right after handstand i feel very relaxed my arm and shoulder muscles seems to have hardened.
  3. My head feels very light which is a very good feeling
  4. Breathing is easier
  5. Overall very good feeling in all parts of my body.
  6. The muscles of the arms and shoulders have a great feeling.
  7. Chest muscles also feel a bit pumped up.
  8. One thing about hand stand is very sure, it relieves the constipation immediately.

Day 3:
  1. It was easier to do handstand for 1 minute.
  2. And it still feels nice in the head and arms after doing it.
  3. My abdoman fats aren't burning still so i am still fat :)

Eat 5 teaspoons of honey daily for 30 days experiment

I have been learning a lot about honey in holy books, medical books and on the internet. So I wanted to know what really happens if i start consuming 5 tea spoons daily honey. So tried to buy the pure honey and below i am going to log the benefits or side effects that I might face during this time.

 I didn't take all the 5 teaspoons of honey at one time one time I divided it into various times during day and night.

I had a chronic cough problem due to smoking which still continues and bad throat problem when i started also my left ear aches and feels clogged and my teeth and gums are infected too. so lets see.


Day 1 :

Took almost 5 teaspoons of raw honey randomly during the day.

Benefits:
  1. The cough which was dry seems to be a bit with mucous.
  2. Body energy level is high.
  3. I had some pain in my knee and fatigue in my body. Which seems to have reduced by 80%.
  4. Body isn't as tired as before.
  5. Had to go to washroom more. Its kind of cleaning all my digestive system.
  6. Don't feel very hungry now and my bloated stomach feels to be very relaxed now.
Side Effects:
    None so far




Day 2 :

Took almost 5 teaspoons of raw honey randomly during the day.

Benefits:
  1. The cough which was dry seems to be a bit with mucous.
  2. Body energy level is high.
  3. Had to go to washroom more. 
  4. Don't feel very hungry now and my bloated stomach feels to be very relaxed now.
Side Effects:
    None so far



Day 3 :

Took almost 5 teaspoons of raw honey randomly during the day.

Benefits:
  1. The cough which was dry seems to be a bit with mucous.
  2. Body energy level is still high.
  3. The digestive system has eased and now returned back to normal
  4. The joint pains are very less now
  5. Don't feel very hungry now and my bloated stomach feels to be very relaxed now.
  6. Throat infection seems to be subsiding.
  7. Teeth gum infection also seems to be sub siding.
Side Effects:
    None so far


Day 4 :

Took almost 5 teaspoons of raw honey randomly during the day.

Benefits:
  1. I have acne problem. Honey usage has some how caused the black heads to come to the surface of skin and they are removed easily.
  2. Infections of throat and gums are reducing every day.
  3. Feeling a bit of acidity today. Not sure if its due to honey. But if it persists then it might be the reason. But let's wait and see.
Side Effects:
    None so far


Day 5 :

Took almost 5 teaspoons of raw honey randomly during the day.

Benefits:
  1. Same as before
Side Effects:
    My stomach is bloated now and blood pressure is high

Open your clogged nose in 1 minute

Buteyko Nose Clearing Exercise

1. Sit back, upright and relaxed on a dining room chair.


2. During this Nose Clearing Exercise keep your MOUTH CLOSED at all times even after the exercise is finished, if you open your mouth you have ruined the exercise and you’ll have to start again.


3. Mouth closed !!!


4. Breathe OUT though your nose (recommended) or your mouth if you have to.


5. Now HOLD your breath by pinching your nose.


6. Gently move your head back and forward (nodding)


7. At this point your Mouth is closed, you’re holding on the out breath and you’re nodding your head.


8. Keep going until you feel a slight discomfort and the need to breathe (DO NOT keep going to you go blue in the face and fall off your chair, this is not good for you)


9. At this point, let go of your nose and take a in breath in through your nose keeping your mouth closed.


10. That’s it, one big breath in and then breathe a bit slower and calmer for the next couple of minutes sitting very upright in your chair.


11. Repeat if necessary keeping your mouth closed at all times.


These Nose Clearing Tips are for people just with a stuffy nose, not chronic sinus problems or Nasal polyps.
